Can a girl get shoes?

I just want to know if there’s any hope of me getting good, fun and vintage heel being a women’s s11/12 (42/43 EU). I’m into runway fashion and over the last couple of years more fixated on shoes and I swear I’ve been searching on all possible apps to get at least one of the shoes on my list and absolutely nothing….. not that they’re expensive or anything, just not there🥲 I feel like the women who might have them in their collection aren’t necessarily selling or probably giving them to women of closer proximity if they have them as they are such rare gems. Do I really “need” them, no but I do want them and I am determined so does anyone have better leads or just let me know if I should give up now?
