Forfeited Points

Oo no! I had no idea my points forfeited and I was saving them for my wedding in July. Has anything forfeited points and had any luck getting anything back.

According to the agent I spoke with my reason (the truth) was not good enough, and he suggested I call back speak with a manager. What can I possibly say!? I’m actual getting at a Hyatt property so can’t believe they won’t do anything!
