This patch makes it more difficult for new players

I'm not saying the changes are good or bad, but limiting wolfpacks means it's gonna be a lot harder to upgrade workbenches for new players. Nerfing free loadout guns and new stronger ARC makes it more difficult for new players as well. With more changes in this direction, the game might become super sweaty and inaccessible for new players in a year.
