Changine subjects

Hi, so I withdrawed from a subject since i changed my mind, however the enrollment assistance team will not get back to me for four business days, does this mean i miss some classes next week. I cant enrol in new subjects myself either, as there is a discrepancy with my name for usi which takes ten business days to get fixed
