Is it worth getting a degree in psychology, nursing, or medicine? Should I choose a creative route instead?

Hello, I am a sophomore in college, majoring in Health Science and minoring in Psychology, but I have taken more interest in something else, like becoming a doctor or therapist. I have narrowed it down to psychology, nursing, or medicine, but am also wondering if it will be worth it in the long run, or if it will be taken over by AI? I want a job where I can connect with patients and travel, but also a job by the time I graduate. Or should I just go into a more creative route, like animation?
