PhD fellows- Time to show up for help!!!

So I'm a PhD scholar in my 3rd year and I have an issue in figuring out a protocol in Nano formulations. Any expert here who can help me regarding the same? Also anybody who has completed this degree and can help in understanding the time dynamics since I want to wind up work in some time now. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
