Nope, people can't do this. People are only free to do whatever as long it doesn't cross other people's boundary. If you get harmed due to the lack of consideration for other people then I only hope people that live with this motto of life to have no complaint. That's it if the victim are brave to have revenge or cause harm on you. If the victim are coward they are gonna be in misery their whole life due to your action.

There is a story about a grandmother google info said she is 70 lives in Ontario, she live in an apartment, everyday neighbor always smoke in their room and the Canabis smokes somehow seeps into her room, She already done everything that can be done regarding the smoke that torment her life every single day, situation doesn't change, she tried to move but management didn't care enough, long story short this grandma applied for MAID (Medical Assistance in Death) to end her life. Meanwhile her last word were : "I don't want to die, I just wish to live somewhere else", "Or I can't keep living like this".
