Cat toy for my feisty boy?

I have a male cat who is truly a sweetheart, but he is quite the mischievous boy. He’s broken things, climbs where he knows he shouldn’t, and sometimes attacks his brother (mostly when he’s at the top of the cat tree). Lately, he’s been taking his energy out on my duvet and he’s put a lot of holes in it. When he’s in his mood he will attack the duvet, biting it hard and kicking at it with his hind legs. I have to say, sometimes I even encourage it lol. I want him to get it out of his system but not at the expense of my things or his brother.

So, what do you suggest I get for him so he has an outlet for this energy?
