Alamo Drafthouse Woodbury is engaging in unfair labor practices by bulldozing through the service model changes despite the status quo protections after the employees filed for unionization

They are unilaterally changing peoples job titles, responsibilities, and pay rates while completely ignoring the employees filing for unionization with the NLRB. They have not responded to the notice of unionization or any further union communications. They just want to bulldoze this through knowing that a ULP suit would take too long to complete for anything to happen. They have not even explained to employees what their jobs would be in 5 days. They have cancelled multiple all employee meetings about this issue.
