Sound scratched, only ingane

Hello fellow retro enthusiasts. Unfortunately, my sound is scratchy, but not in the Batocera menu, and it's also slower. Thanks to the search function, I found several others who also had this problem, but none of the solutions worked for me.I'm using the latest version. The problem occurs regardless of the console emulator.
