My French bulldog doesn’t want my family to touch him anymore, only me

Hi, I’m looking for advice. My dog is a 2-year-old French bulldog. He’s usually very loving with my family, but lately he doesn’t want them to touch him — only me. When my family tries to pet him, he gets upset or growls, but he’s completely fine with me.

I don’t see any signs of pain. He runs and jumps normally, eats well, drinks water, and has normal bowel movements. He hasn’t been vomiting and doesn’t seem sick.

Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could cause this change in behavior?
