Firing pin stuck p226 elite

just picked up a used p226 elite (2012 manufacture year. as I was giving it the once over at home. I realized the firing pin block was seized up so I knocked out the extractor retaining roll pin, removed the extractor assembly, and knocked out the firing pin positioning pin (firing pin retaining roll pin)

I then doused the firing pin block and firing pin with PB blaster penetrating oil. I’ve finally gotten the firing pin block to move freely, but the firing pin itself seems stuck. when I press in the firing pin block, I cannot get the firing pin to move at all. can not make the pin eextend out of the breech face, cannot get it to push. sick out the rear of the slide.

I guess my next steps are just hit it with more penetrating oil and let it sit overnight, and see if that improves it tomorrow.

but I’m eager to hear other suggestions from folks on the subreddit.
