Looking for the fic

I have been going through my follows and can't seem to find it. The scene i remember from the fic was in the first task and Harry uses a spell that Dumbledore mumbles in shock as he didn't expect Harry to know the spell. I think it involved lightning. The second task some ministers show up because of what Harry did during the first task. Any help would be appreciated
