I’m an undergrad student conducting a research study as part of my Honour’s Program in Psychology at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU). The study is approved by KPU’s Research Ethics Board (REB application# 2025-44) and will be anonymous.

**About**: The study explores how resilience and positive thinking relates to psychological well-being. We’re especially interested in the role of cognitive reframing, i.e., how people mentally reframe challenges in a positive way. We aim to see if this could be the underlying process that may explain why some people cope better and feel more fulfilled than others.
