Can't resist the Urge

Hello there :)

super new to the thread but my impulsive spending is getting way beyond me needs it's not at a critical level. I really want to save to purchase a home in the future and it feels really hard because I can't resist the urge. I can go periods of time where I won't spend but once I do I can not stop. I'm trying to find the time thats causing this but it's been hard. No one around me hasn't said anything because I pay all of my bills on times but there is times I'll straight up dodge meals so I can pinch the funds to pay off some bills/debt such as Klarna, Affirm and credit cards. Once my budget line goes up it's almost like a dopamine hit. Is there any advice for someone whos trying to curb spending and not make as many dopamine purchases 💖.
