Drop off in the recording of non-activity Intensity Minutes

Hi everyone. Since upgrading to 13.26 on my 50mm Instinct 3 there has been a noticeable drop in the recording of Intensity Minutes when I am not recording an activity. For example - my walk to work is just over a kilometre. A couple of weeks ago I would get a few mins of Intensity Minutes awarded if I walked briskly. Now - nothing unless I record it as a walking activity (whereupon it records several Intensity Minutes quite happily).

Anyone else?
