Out-of-pocket costs for the egg retrieval process at Cornell? NYC

Need info!

Hello! I’m in the process of choosing a clinic for egg retrieval (I am not married and not interested in creating embryos at this time) in NYC. Everyone seems to praise Cornell for its embryology lab results, which will be important in my case, so I've added them to the list of clinics to look at. I was wondering if anyone has recently done egg retrieval only at Cornell and would be willing to share a cost sheet or summary.

I know prices vary case by case depending on factors such as medications used, how many monitoring appointments are needed, any additional testing beyond standard imaging and bloodwork, etc.

However, I’m curious about the fixed costs, e.g. ovarian reserve testing (I had this done in early January, but every clinic I’ve looked at requires repeat testing at their facility), monitoring appointments while on medications, anesthesia, the retrieval procedure itself, and monthly or annual storage fees. I'm not sure if this matters for pricing, but after reading first-hand review on reddit, I would be making my appointment with Dr. Irani if I went with Cornell.

I’ve called the other clinics I’m considering, and most of them will eventually provide a breakdown of the fixed costs mentioned above that would be incurred, but it seems to be particularly difficult to get that information from hospital systems.

I don't know why but I'm kind of nervous to post here! I am hoping someone here might be able to shed some light on this topic. I'd love to hear from you!
