Before you scroll further I would like to remind you that this is my personal opinion

Ss was my first ever novel one of my friend recommended me to read ss and I started reading it around april of 2025 and I loved it forgotten shore was one of my favorite arcs in fiction

The things I loved about ss :

1. Power system and world building: ss has one of the best power systems and world building I have ever seen This was my first time reading a novel so I didn't expect much but ss blew my mind with goated world building and a simple but great power system

2. Sunny : sunny at the start of the novel was a really good protagonist cuz he was constantly trying to outsmart his opps and just his treacherous and cautious nature made me love him even more A pretty unique protagonist

3. The vibe : I loved the vibe of the story till domain war. In Antarctica and forgotten shore every moment it felt like some important character was about to die every single situation made me anxious irl I loved the gloomy dark vibe

4. The dangers of the world : This was one of the biggest reasons why I loved ss the world felt really dangerous it didn't matter how strong you are there is some nightmare creature that can traumatize you bad . Even as a reader I was sometimes scared because I didn't know which characters would die next especially 3rd NM it felt like a single wrong move would get everyone killed

5. Lore : Ss has one of the best lores in fiction I really loved every lore drop

6. Sunphis : Honestly about this point I have mixed feelings sunphis had next to no development in first 1700 chaps but suddenly in hardly 100 chaps they do everything? But I loved that G3 at least had the balls to make them be in a relationship I was tired of seeing characters misunderstood (not in ss but other manga or anime) some of the simplest shit known to mankind
