Chase Bank bonus short term before VT and chill?

Not sure what to do at the moment hoping for advice.

No debt , no major expenses in the near future

$300k go all in on VT

Or $100k VT

After required hold period 4 months move everything to VT

$100k Marcus savings 3.65% +$1500 bonus $100k etrade savings 3.75+ $1500 bonus
