Random hook ups on cruise but soooo nervous

I’m a 29F. I haven’t had sex in five years because of anxiety and other mental health issues I had going on. I think I’m attractive but I sike myself out so much because I’m plus size/bbw. What advice can you offer me to get myself back in the game 😭
