Hidden rule should be spread among raiders, free kitters on Harvester/Matriarch must burn

Those free kitters that bring nothing to help the queen/matriarch and are only running and lootings its parts should be killed without repercussions from the lobby.

From now on, every time I'm on those events ill find the guys well armed to the event and convince them to kill any free kitter that comes to just loot its parts and not help.

The problem with killing others on those events its the lobby will just get rid of the "rat", but killing someone that has a stitcher/kettle on these events should be honorable
