Sims 4 DLC won't run online

Hey guys, I've been trying to get my Sims 4 DLC up to date with the EA DLC unlocker, and for some reason anytime I run it online (even the cracked version) it doesn't have a bunch of the packs, but if I do the offline one, it works. Any ideas on how to fix this?
