Have any of you had a client find information regarding an arrest from before you became a therapist?

I am a therapist with an arrest record from before I even started my program, and now 5 years being fully licensed I started to think about it. I have ideas of how I would address it in an ethical way, but curious if anyone else had feedback or support on how you yourself or have seen others handle the situation.
