What’s something you’ve learned from calorie counting?
I’ve learned that I can still eat what I want for meals. I’ve never been a big breakfast or lunch person but love my dinners. Measuring all my food has shown me that I can actually eat dinner without restricting my dinner at all. What really caused my weight gain was all my snacking and eating out every day. I have completely cut out snacking on high calorie foods (I will say I miss my cheezits). And I do not eat out at all on weekdays.
But I eat what I want for my meals. I just cook it myself and measure EVERYTHING. But before calorie counting I would have assumed I needed to cut out all the yummy foods I like. But nope I just gotta cook my food at home. Eat out less but still eat what I want at home.
