Lip balms/ tints /lip oils

Hey guys 😭 Can you please suggest some affordable lip products that actually leave a tint? I’m so done with my regular lip balms. I keep reapplying them and they still don’t hydrate properly, and somehow they leave this weird white cast on my lips which looks so bad 😭

I just want something that gives a nice natural tint, stays for a while, and actually moisturizes instead of disappearing in 5 minutes. Nothing too expensive please, I’m on a student budget 🥲 Pls help me out
