Lead female pleading and/or seducing lead male to not leave her by showing off her supple flesh?

He spends some intimate moments with her, ranging from innocent kiss to passionate sex, then he either regrets or chickens out or resents her, for whatever emotion that suddenly strikes him, he storms out, leaving her in bed. She chases after him and pleads him to not go, then there's this classic R-rated scene: she stands at the top of a staircase, him at the bottom; she slides her negligee off her shoulders, showing him all her glory, he was stunned at the sight; then she slowly descends from the stairs towards him without breaking eye contact, approaches him, lies her cheek on his collar bone and hugs him tight, quieting sobbing; then depends on the plot and his character, he either drops his plan and has another hot session with her, or he drops her on the ground and dashes off the door. Unfortunately, it's usually the latter.
