AITJ for not helping my brother financially after he quit his job to become a full time Twitch streamer?

My brother (25M) made what I think is a terrible decision and now wants me (29F) to bail him out.

He had a decent job as an IT technician making like $55k a year. Last month he quit because he wanted to "pursue his passion" of streaming video games on Twitch.

He has like 200 followers. Not 200k. Just 200. Makes maybe $50 a month in donations. He genuinely believes he's going to "make it big" and this is his shot.

Now he can't pay rent and asked me for a $2,000 loan. I said no. He said "Come on, I just need a few months to build my audience!" I said he should get a job and stream on the side.

He got mad saying I "don't believe in him" and I'm "crushing his dreams." I said his dreams aren't realistic and I'm not funding them. He said successful streamers took risks too and "you have to spend money to make money."

I told him when he has an actual business plan and viewer base we can talk but I'm not lending money for this.

Now my parents are mad at me too saying I should help him while he "gets established." They're retired and on fixed income so they can't help much.

But why is it my responsibility to fund his bad decisions? AITJ?

TL;DR: Brother quit stable job to be full time Twitch streamer with 200 followers, can't pay rent, wants me to loan him $2k, I refused, family says I'm not being supportive of his dreams.**
