Trimui Smart Pro S NDS Problems

I just got my new Trimui Smart Pro S and replaced the original SSD with a new Samsung SSD card. I followed some videos to upgrade the firmware and the operating system. Everything seems to be working fine, except when I try to play Pokemon Black for NDS. Everything works great at the start of the game, until when I’m prompted to leave the house, the game just freezes and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried downloading different ROMS and even tried Pokemon White but same thing happens. Anyone know a reason for why this is happening?

I also tried Mario Cart for NDS and the freezing also happens at some point. I’m wondering if I need to download a certain BIOS for NDS?
