New Constitution idea:

Discussion | گفتگو

A new Iran is on the horizon.

I've been blessed and guided into presenting the following idea. I'm just a simple human so if any of this offends you, keep that in mind.

I've been working on a little project and well, a new Iran requires a new constitution. I hope the people that write that constitution have our future generation's in mind.

I firmly believe it's essential for the rebirth of our beloved Iran, that our children hold the key to its future. I think if something like this is added to our new constitution it would safeguard our spirit.

Yes, I used ai to create the following but trust me, it's taken months to get to this point 😅:

Article 1 — Legal Personhood of the Child

Every child is a full legal person with inherent dignity and independent rights.

No child may be treated in law or practice as the property of any person, family, institution, or state.

Article 2 — Fiduciary Guardianship

Parents and guardians are fiduciaries obligated to act in the child’s best interests and evolving capacities.

Guardianship grants responsibility, not dominion. Any claimed “right” of the guardian is limited by the child’s rights.

Article 3 — Cognitive Liberty

Every child has an inviolable right to freedom of thought, doubt, inquiry, conscience, and belief formation.

No person may compel, punish, or materially disadvantage a child for asking questions, expressing uncertainty, changing beliefs, or refusing rituals.

Article 4 — Right to Reality Access

Every child has a right to age-appropriate access to:

plural sources of information and culture,

scientific and civic education,

uncensored libraries and learning resources, subject only to narrow protections against direct harm (e.g., explicit exploitation material).

Guardians may guide and contextualize information, but may not isolate a child from lawful knowledge sources as a means of control.

Article 5 — Ban on Coercive Indoctrination

Coercive indoctrination is prohibited.

“Coercive indoctrination” includes any sustained pattern of:

threats of abandonment, violence, spiritual terror, or social annihilation,

forced confession, forced ritual participation, or compelled symbolic speech,

isolation from peers or extended family to block alternative viewpoints,

sleep/food deprivation or humiliation used to break dissent,

punishment, expulsion, or deprivation for questioning or disbelief,

forced marriage or coerced reproductive/sexual norms,

conditioning access to education, medical care, or basic needs on ideological compliance.

Article 6 — Education as an Anti-Capture Guarantee

The state shall guarantee every child a free education that trains:

literacy and numeracy,

the scientific method and evidence evaluation,

logic, media literacy, and propaganda detection,

civic rights and how to invoke them.

Non-state schooling (private/religious/home) is permitted only if it meets national competency and rights standards and does not obstruct the child’s reality access.

Article 7 — Homeschooling / Private School Anti-Isolation Safeguards

A child educated outside public institutions retains:

periodic independent assessment,

periodic access to neutral health and welfare check-ins,

protected access to libraries and communication channels,

opportunities for social participation beyond the household.

Any education regime designed to prevent contact with alternative perspectives is presumptively coercive.

Article 8 — Evolving Capacities and the Right to Exit

As children mature, their control over belief, association, and life direction expands.

Every child has a protected right to seek confidential counseling, legal advice, and shelter from coercive environments.

No guardian or institution may retaliate against a child for using these protections.

Article 9 — State Neutrality and Non-Indoctrination

The state shall not impose religious doctrine, political ideology, or compelled belief.

Civic education may teach constitutional principles and critical reasoning; it may not demand affirmations of ideology.

Article 10 — Child Standing and Non-Waiver

These rights are non-waivable. A parent/guardian cannot “consent” to their violation.

Children have standing to enforce these rights through an independent Child Advocate, without parental permission.

Article 11 — Remedies With Teeth

Courts shall provide rapid relief including:

protective orders,

mandated access to education/information,

appointment or replacement of guardians,

removal from coercive institutions,

damages and costs for willful violations.

Systematic coercive indoctrination is a civil rights violation; enabling it is actionable.

Article 12 — Independent Institutions

A constitutionally independent Office of the Child Advocate shall:

receive confidential complaints,

represent children in court,

audit institutions educating or housing minors,

publish public reports.

Interference with the Advocate’s access to a child is a serious offense.
