If not even getting 60% in 12 boards . What to do next please help😭😭😭😭😭😭

I am not sure what to do after 12. My future plan would be some private university for bca or preparation for govt job. Ik for govt there is almost no use of 12 Persentage. And my persentage can be match with private university even low that 60. But I didn't understand anything in current situation. Please help me...

Next year ? Improvement ? Be remain with same persentage (if it around 50)?
