How long does it take you to repurpose one video for other platforms?

Trying to get a sense of whether my workflow is normal or just inefficient.

I make videos and then spend way too long adapting them for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Each platform feels like starting from scratch even though the core idea is the same.

How long does this take you? Have you found anything that actually makes it faster?

Genuinely curious what other people's process looks like.
