Throwers need to be PERMANENTLY banned after three instances

I’m not talking about disconnects, because those can happen to people that are not trying to throw and may be the result of random life events. I’m talking about the iron man that goes to move in and out of spawn for the rest of the game after we lose two fights because he can “see how the game is going to go”

This is in celestial btw, and people are throwing on accounts they have hundreds of hours on. They should not be allowed to keep them. The only reason we have so many throwers is that nothing is actually done when people throw games.
