I told a mandatory reporter I got sober

I (19m) mentioned to one of my college advisors that I got sober over break and I'm slightly worried that I may get in trouble for it. I never mentioned what the substance was or gave any details beyond the fact that I got sober. I dont know if mandatory reporting laws apply to stuff like that, and I'm completely clean with very little urge to get back on what I was on and I definitely dont want to go to rehab. I feel like it was a stupid decision to admit it.
