A Good harem manga

Hi everyone, can you recommend a good harem manga? I’m looking for something more mature and adult-oriented, not childish (I don’t mean the age of the characters, but the target audience). No supernatural or isekai, please. I prefer old-school stories where it doesn't take the protagonist 33 volumes just to have sex or start a relationship (and not necesseraly with the main heroine). Something like Domestic Girlfriend, but without a trash ending
