How to find a place to rent with no proof of finances

Hi, I am an 18-year-old who's moving back home after working as an unpaid intern. The most I made was around $155 a month (for groceries) and while I've been looking for places to rent, they've all been asking for proof of finances and my bank statements from the last 3 months. My mom has offered to pay for the first two months of rent while I get a job and save up to pay for the month thereafter, but she will not sign off on sanything with me so I'm at a loss.. are there any different sites that aren't like Zillow on Facebook marketplace that I can look for rental rentals rented out by different people so I can communicate my situation and try to figure it out or is there just no shot? I can get somewhere. (I don't have any savings either)
