Need serious help.

Hello. I am 21m a college student in a reputable institution in the city. This post is regarding a man whom i have been noticing since the past few days around my college. Usually during breaks in between classes i go outside my college’s gate to have coffee. I go to the same shop after classes to have coffee too. I don’t have many friends and the ones i have are usually busy with their better halves or leave early.

So i am mostly alone sipping coffee in a corner while other boys/girls hang around the same spot with their groups. I do observe people, now since the past few days i am seeing this middle aged man, well dressed loitering around my college’s gate. I was observing him and saw him leave in a car (pretty expensive one). The next day i see him again, now he usually walks around with a phone on his ear. Last day i felt very weird about how he was holding the phone. So i kept noticing him and felt like he was taking photos of girls from very objectionable angle. Now i am a tall man, it’s quite easy for me to observe people shorter than me. That day he left just after that. I had 5 minutes before my next class started so i left after finishing my coffee.

Today. I was sitting in my friends car alone (parked very close to the small shop i buy coffee from) while my friend went to a nearby shop to get something. I was casually replying to a text and see this man again. Well dressed, common looking young man. Holding his phone in a very weird manner. Realised he was following a girl and guess what. He took a photo of the girl’s lower back. I was blank for a moment. Realised he is very sharp with whatever he does so people usually don’t notice. I noticed the fact as i was noticing the same since a few days.

Now i need a suggestion. What should i do the next time i see him ?

  1. Call the security officer of my college (he is very serious when it comes to the security of students in and around a campus and a very friendly helpful person)

  2. Beat the shit out of him (in which i know i will get help of the crowd)

  3. Get hold of him and call the local police station and hand him over to the police.
