Is there a way to get a war goal on Mexico as democratic USA?

So I went historical USA, but clicked the wrong option in the disarmament, so UK and France declared on me. I quickly conquered Canada, France got wrecked by Germany and I am almost invading UK right now, but is there a way to also invade Mexico? I know I can get war goals through Monroe doctrine reaffirmation, but Mexico just isn't there.
