Missed miscarriage

Hello all. I am currently 10ish weeks but the baby stopped growing at 7+5. I got prescribed misoprostol, 4 200mg oral tablets. This is my first time having a miscarriage this far along, and my first time having a missed miscarriage. I am going to take the miso friday night when im able to have some support to help me with my earthside kiddos. What should I expect to happen between friday night around 9pm when I take them, and Saturday evening? I'm so nervous :(
