ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT on the Wayback machine

I literally can not access the Wayback Machine anymore, and if I can it's only for 3 minutes before it returns that page again, and it's starting to really piss me off bc it's been like this for over 3 days. The library works just fine. ISP is Comcast if it has anything to do with that.
