Do I get a second opinion? Chalazion remnant remaining...

I feel like it is a very very small bump by my lash line but the opthamalogist MD said he can't see it so it would very very small and I most likely am feeling my eyelid rubbing on my eye because I have dry eye's. He also said it's too small for surgery and surgery is too aggressive.

I got a steroid injection for the chalazion 5 months ago but I don't think it took away everything.

If I don't rub or warm compress my eye, it definitely gets swollen and red after a few days.

However, I feel like there is something there!
