The Defenders Fiasco, updates and other topics. [Ultimates #21}

Hey guys, how are you doing? Honestly the latest days feel like a fever dream. I followed a lot of suspicious threads, generally weird stuff and such since the Stark Tower attack, but i couldn't expect the current situation. NYC feels different, there's been protests here and there, of course, but mostly there's a almost calm feeling compared to what cities like Detroit have gone though (still, i loved what the people there did). No Ultimates in sight recently, despite the fact i've seen Spider-Man a few times a while ago. Fisk was exposed in disgrace, ofc, that was a whole shitshow, but in general, ordinary folks seem to be just carrying on with their lives.

I only saw clips of the Defenders premiere, i was shocked Da Costa's PR department allowed something like that in first place. It's the exact type of fake hero bullshit that is the inverse of what Spidey, the Ultimates (i'll admit, since everything they showed so far has been proven basically right), and others stand for. UltNet by now has threads on the connection of one member and the Red Skulls. Has anyone seen the full thing, though?

It's hard to follow everything that's going on, it's basically happening all at once and so fast, but i feel there's some improvement. Latveria and the City intrigue the most, those are the places with little to no recent updates recently. Hi No Kuni is also on a unique status quo due to how the Mutant situation evolved, but feels the government managed to spin it to their advantage. It's the only bloc i can think of that's been mostly keeping itself together despite the current events, though i wouldn't bet on even that lasting for much longer. In Eurasia, feels like the Rasputins are already gone at this point from what local posters and bloggers say.
