Are any delivery based businesses actually worth it?

Recently started playing gta online. I somehow had a free counterfeit cash facility to get, which I thought I should use because I could get double cash for it this week. However, after like 3/4 sale missions this week, I am already a bit done with it. Delivering 3 boats worth of product is some of the least fun I have had in this game.

This made me question, which of these delivery based businesses are actually worth it? Which do you still use later in the game? (I am still very new so a couple hundred k is still very good for me)
