Getting a credit balance refund regularly

I've been overpaying my credit cards by $1-$3k a month intentionally and then requesting a refund from Chase. Will this get my account closed/flagged? I've been trying to drain money out of my community checking account with my wife and this seems to be the only way that doesn't create attention as it just shows as a bill pay.
