Issue with a mod caused by another

cabin lantern is an item from "The Great Outdoors" mod and causes the game to crash only when broken in survival mode with the component "apoli" being part of Origins. Ive tried regressing the version of the great outdoors and origins but this hasn't solved the crash. I turned removeErroringBlockEntities = true which allowed me to boot the world but still resulted in a crash when mining them again.
