Stick drift on PC??

Has anyone else felt that while running/standing still that your camera keeps turning as if you had stick drift

Or a bug on Corvette making you spin around uncontrollably (this stick drift bug has activated more commonly when i've done smth on the Corvette)

And no it's not my mouse being broken, as it's very new, and i've never had this happen on any other game
