I feel like I’ll never be in a relationship again (33F)

I feel like I can’t ever be in a relationship cause of my ADHD, being weird, hating myself and having periods that are unregulated and awfully painful(hence bloating) So I just can’t imagine anyone would want to be with me. I only want sex after my period time and then I lose interest in it.
