Large-Scale VoIP Migration (800 Customers) – Sangoma → Netsapien – Seeking Experienced Team

We’re undertaking a large-scale migration of ~800 customers from Sangoma to Netsapien and are looking for professionals services support recommendations

Scope includes

:

•	Migration strategy & project planning

•	Bulk provisioning automation / scripting

•	Device reprovisioning & endpoint strategy

•	Data porting (DIDs, call flows, users, etc.)

•	Coordinated customer cutovers

•	Risk mitigation & rollback planning

We’re not looking for basic admin help — we need people who have real-world experience migrating carriers/MSPs at scale, ideally with direct Netsapien experience.
