Vortex AMG UH-1 GEN II vs Holosun ARO-EVO

I realize these are two wildly different optics and they are hard to compare, but let me explain- I am building a CQB 300blk right now and I have a $500 gift card. Bass Pro shop currently has the Vortex on sale for $450 and that's really the only reason I'm considering it. I don't particularly want to spend that much, but since the money isn't coming out of my bank account, whatever lol. However, I could buy the Holosun and have money leftover to put towards other parts, so it kind of does effect my bank account in a roundabout way.

Is the Vortex worth it? I know the battery life is significantly shorter, but I'm not particularly worried about that. Which optic is the best bang for the buck? What would you do? TIA
