Infinite Admin Forbearance Help

Hello all, I have a nice sum of US federal student loans from undergrad and am now a full-time PhD student since August 2025.

Since the start of my program, I have been in a never-ending cycle of admin forbearance on my loans since the in-school deferment request never processes within the forbearance period and I then have to reapply and get new forbearance (this happens every 1-1.5 months). Customer support keeps confirming that they are able to verify within their system that I am a full-time matriculated student until 2027 and that I *am* eligible, but here we are 6 months and 10+ applications later...

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to successfully get in-school deferment back on their account? I called support today and they seemed clueless as to why this is happening and just sent in ANOTHER application 🫠
