Eyes Wrinkling at 17?

Why do I have lines in the corner of my inner eye. Like three faint lines.

They appeared in September and just won’t go away.

I’m only 17. No one else in my family has this so it doesn’t seem genetic. I’ve been stressed lately and I’m wondering if it’s permanent.

I wear concealer and cluster lashes and cleanse my face whilst I shower in the evenings.
